Musk will prohibit Apple devices from his firms over ChatGPT integration, claiming Apple gives OpenAI user data.
Elon Musk is resisting the Apple-OpenAI partnership after a few hours. Tesla, X, SpaceX, and xAI threatened to ban Apple products if ChatGPT was included in the OS. Musk, who founded OpenAI and is suing its owners, dubbed ChatGPT-integrated iPhones “unacceptable security violation.”
“If Apple integrates OpenAI at the OS level, then Apple devices will be banned at my companies,” Musk tweeted Monday. “And visitors will have to check their Apple devices at the door, where they will be stored in a Faraday cage,” Musk tweeted.
