The most recent tip indicates that UFS 4.1 storage will be included with the high-end S series phone. As of right now, UFS 4.0 flash storage is included with the Galaxy S24 Ultra. A Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC is anticipated to be included with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It might be equipped with four 200-megapixel back cameras.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Could Have Lightning-Quick Data Transfer Speed
According to a tip from Sawyer Galox (@Sawyergalox) on X, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will include UFS 4.1 storage and 8GB of data transmission speed. With a data transmission speed of 4GB per second, the UFS 4.0 flash storage found on the Galaxy S24 Ultra may be slightly improved by this.
It is unclear whether the top-of-the-line Galaxy 25 Ultra model will come with the next-generation flash storage, or if the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will share the same UFS 4.1 capacity. It is said that the more sophisticated UFS 5.0 storage will be available by 2027.
All of the Galaxy S24 series smartphones from Samsung this year come with UFS 4.0 storage, except the 128GB models. UFS 3.1 storage is included with the basic Galaxy S24 with 128GB of storage.
